San Antonio residents can look forward to a stretch of mostly sunny days ahead, with the weather taking a calmer, clearer turn as we head into the last week of January. According to the National Weather Service, the city will experience some wind today, with northerly gusts reaching as high as 26 mph before the conditions settle down tonight.
As the weekend progresses, the forecast promises consistent temperatures in the mid-60s. The clear skies tonight, with a low around 41, will pave the way for a sunny Sunday with highs inching toward 66 degrees. The Northeast wind will blow lightly between 6 and 8 mph, offering a gentle reprieve from today's bluster. Despite a mostly cloudy Monday night, the outlook for Tuesday through Thursday is mostly sunny with temperatures hovering near the upper 60s.
Meanwhile, KSAT reports a nearly identical forecast, cementing the consensus that San Antonio is in for a spell of pleasant weather. With humidity levels currently at 72% and visibility at 10 miles, residents have a comfortable week ahead. The mornings will feature mostly sunny skies with only a slight chill in the air as temperatures dip to 39 degrees at dawn on Saturday and 41 degrees by Monday morning.
For those planning any evening activities this week, they won't be hindered by adverse weather. From Sunday night through to the latter part of the week, the evenings will remain clear with lows ranging from 40 to a slightly warmer 53 degrees come Thursday night. In step with this mild trend, Friday looks to continue the pattern of cloud cover without the threat of rain, predicting a mostly cloudy day with highs persisting at about 68 degrees.
