A transition into Thursday signals a tad more warmth; patchy fog may greet early risers between 7am and 9am, but the fog is expected to give way to mostly sunny skies and a pleasant high near 74 degrees, however, winds will continue to make their presence known, potentially gusting up to 20 mph, according to data from National Weather Service.
Residents should brace for a windy end of the week with Friday's conditions described as 'windy, sunny & cool' by KSAT. Gusts could get as powerful as 49 mph, while temperatures are predicted to take a dip to a high near 58 during the day and further plummet to around 32 degrees at night.
The weekend outlook brings a respite from the bristling winds, with a steady return to sunny, calmer weather and highs inching into the low 60s, while nighttime temperatures on Saturday and Sunday are expected to descend into the low 40s and mid-20s respectively, the forecast for Martin Luther King Day on Monday promises mostly sunny skies despite a notably cooler high around 39 degrees, four days later the mercury is expected to creep up slightly to a high near 42.
