Baseball fans in Texas are getting their victory lap as the World Series-winning Texas Rangers trot out the Commissioner's Trophy on a 14-city caravan across the state and beyond. The tour began at Audacy's showroom in Dallas and will run through the end of January, with a list of players and coaches making appearances—mind you, all events are free of charge and open to the public, according to a Dallas Morning News.
Meanwhile, for those based around Round Rock, an exclusive affair is on the agenda. The Round Rock Express announced that the World Series Trophy, alongside Rangers third base coach Tony Beasley, pitcher Jon Gray, and infielder Justin Foscue, will be the stars at Dell Diamond on January 18. From 5 to 7 p.m. at the United Heritage Center, fans can partake in a meet and greet, with a brief program and autograph session sandwiched in between. But, it's worth noting the one autograph limit per fan, as reported by KXAN.
The festivities reflect a historic triumph for the Texas Rangers, who secured their first championship in the franchise's 63-year run after knocking out the Arizona Diamondbacks last November.
