
A fatal crash in Dallas has claimed the lives of three adults after their vehicle veered off the road and smashed into a tree. The tragedy occurred early Tuesday morning along East Mockingbird Lane, according to officials.
Dallas Police were summoned to the 7200 block of Mockingbird Lane around 8:05 a.m., where they discovered the wreckage. The vehicle was en route west when it departed from the road, leading to the fatal encounter with a tree. Two of the adults were pronounced dead at the scene. There were no immediate indications about what led the driver off course, and the identification of the victims had yet to be released, as reported by NBC DFW.
The third occupant of the vehicle was rushed to a hospital in serious condition, only to be pronounced dead later. Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesperson confirmed the arrival of first responders to the crash at approximately 8:08 a.m. The police have not commented on any potential factors contributing to the crash, which remains under active investigation, as reported by WFAA.
