Two men were nabbed for allegedly causing a ruckus after deputies responded to reports of gunfire in a Houston neighborhood last week. Constable Mark Herman's deputies made their way to the 7500 block of Gessner Road on January 13th after hearing shots had been fired, according to a statement from the Precinct 4 of Harris County Constable's Office.

The duo, parked near a detention pond in a vehicle, were busted with a rifle and a pistol in hand. Identified as Samuel Cadena and Ramon Flores, they admitted to discharging the firearms into the pond. The arrest was uncomplicated by the deputies, upon inspecting the scene

Adding to Flores' woes was an outstanding open warrant for Driving While Intoxicated out of Harris County. In a statement obtained by the Precinct 4 of Harris County Constable's Office, Constable Mark Herman stated, "Samuel Cadena and Ramon Flores were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Disorderly Conduct."

Its petals wilted under the Houston sun, Justice hardly took a financial toll on the pair, assigning a meager $100.00 bond each in County Court 8. The two await proceedings to determine the aftermath of their detention pond shooting gallery.
