The market, nestled in the park's Multipurpose Room, promises to warm visitors with its community atmosphere and unique finds. It's an ideal outing for families and friends alike who are looking to simultaneously embrace and beat back the winter blues. Bear in mind, while smacking down your winter doldrums is technically free, there's a vehicle permit fee to enter the park – $7 for the day or $30 for the whole year-round thrill of it – with a suggested donation of $3 per person to keep the festivities going and the hot cocoa flowing.
