The victim told authorities that her assailant was "driving aggressively," passing dangerously on the shoulder, and even attempting to force her car off the road. In a bid to preserve her safety, she dialed 9-1-1 just as the aggressive driver decided to open his passenger side window and shoot at her. The situation rapidly unfolded as he proceeded to pass her, roll down his own window, and then almost casually shot at her again before speeding away from the scene—his vehicle, described as an older model passenger car. Remarkably, the woman emerged unscathed physically, yet what remains unseen are the psychological scars left from such a harrowing ordeal. Michigan State Police First Lt.
