The renowned noodle shop is setting up its new location at 70 Pier 4 Boulevard, expanding from its original home in Cambridge's Porter Square, according to an announcement released by the restaurant.
Yume Ga Arukara, which translates to "Because I Have Dream," is the brainchild of Tsuyoshi Nishioka and Juan Carlos Vidal, two icons in Boston’s Japanese culinary landscape. Their new venture promises to maintain the culinary integrity that has earned them a solid reputation. Pledging to make to never compromise on quality, the joint ensures that every dish, including the noodles, are made in-house, from scratch, and with the utmost respect to tradition and ingredients.
The straightforward menu features udon served in its simplest form—topped with a cold dipping sauce and sweet and savory beef.
