The Boston Police Department reported that at approximately 2:37 a.m., Vega was nabbed at the intersection of Boylston Street and Ring Rd, as he was allegedly loitering in the vicinity of the Prudential Mall garage, a trespassing no-go as per Prudential Security’s strict policy.
