Boston's state auditor, Diana DiZoglio, has tapped a seasoned health policy expert to serve on the Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) Oversight Council. Dr. Alan Sager, a veteran professor with more than three decades under his belt at Boston University School of Public Health, will fill the role of the healthcare economist until September 30, 2025, as reported on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts official website.
With his tenure at Boston University, Dr. Sager has focused on healthcare finance, health regulation, and health services.
