A Brooklyn Park man became the unsubscribed victim of a drive-by shooting late Sunday night, the bullets found their mark on his leg as he walked down Brookdale Drive, as reported by the Brooklyn Park Police Department.
The shooting occurred just after 11 p.m. outside the Moonraker Apartments at 5513 Brookdale Dr., where emergency responders discovered the wounded man, his leg bleeding from a bullet wound, the man whereupon shared with officers that the shot was fired from a moving vehicle, though his account left the authorities with scant details about the shooter or the vehicle in question.
First responders quickly transported the man to a nearby hospital, where he received treatment for his injuries, fortunately deemed non-life-threatening, according to the Brooklyn Park Police Department.
