With a robust background spanning over three decades in the airline and manufacturing industries, Howard brings a wealth of experience to the table, particularly from his current leadership roles at General Dynamics in Minneapolis, where he guides a team responsible for multiple manufacturing sites across the country, according to the Dakota County.
Bringing academic credentials to match his professional prowess, Howard holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, not to mention his certification as a purchasing manager, his insights stand to contribute significantly to the board's mission in overseeing employment and training programs in the local community, what's more, his communal involvement runs deep, including volunteer work with the Knights of Columbus and serving as a lector at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Eagan.
