In the courtroom, Bishop raised a stink about his fears of getting sick and not to mention the dissatisfaction with his own attorney, Robert Booker, claiming he's gotten the short end of the stick, but Judge Hydrick wasn't buying it, she laid out the ultimatum: either stick it out with Booker or go solo, FOX 5 Atlanta reports. Bishop relented, opting to keep his lawyer and remain in the courtroom despite the COVID scare, but he whined to the judge, "Everybody is fine going forward, we have masking in place, we have provided you with a mask, COVID has been going on for four years folks, we got to figure out how to live with this," Judge Hydrick declared, proving that not even a pandemic can shake the legal system's resolve.
