The store, situated at 29388 IH 10 West, is hailed as the centerpiece of a 118-acre development known as Lemon Creek Ranch, which is also set to encompass office and retail spaces, restaurants, and over 25 acres of parks replete with walking and biking trails, as per KSAT's report.
