A sordid display at a local community gym led to the arrest of one Cortney Montgomery, whose alleged act of self-gratification in full view of exercising women has landed him behind bars. The Harris County Constable's Office was summoned to the gym on the 12500 block of Timber Forest Drive on February 13, following reports of an individual engaging in lewd behavior, according to a statement from Constable Mark Herman on Facebook.
Responding deputies didn't have to search long upon arrival video surveillance had caught Montgomery in the act, and the evidence was indisputable he was promptly detained. Tainted by the stark light of digital recording, his misdeed was laid bare for the law to see, as Montgomery was allegedly shown on camera touching himself inappropriately while unwitting gym patrons exercised nearby.
Official reports state that, "Cortney Montgomery was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Indecent Exposure. His bond was set at $1,000.00 out of County Court 11," revealed by Constable Herman. The ramifications of such acts are manifold, not only on the legal plane where Montgomery finds himself incarcerated and charged, but within the frightened heart of a community shocked by the violation of its unwritten code of public decorum and mutual respect.
