A routine traffic stop in Harris County led to the capture of a suspect on the lam. Jonathan Ruiz Tellez was pulled over by a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office on the 10500 block of Cypresswood Drive on February 10, a move that ended in his arrest for multiple outstanding warrants.
During the stop, the deputy discovered that Tellez was wanted for a felony charge of Injury to the Elderly and an additional misdemeanor for Failure to Give Information. “Jonathan Ruiz Tellez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants.
