Scott now faces criminal charges consisting of Aggravated Sodomy (FVA), False Imprisonment (FVA), Sexual Battery, and Criminal Trespass (FVA). He is also cited as a Fugitive from Justice. Arrest warrants have been issued, but as of yet, the suspect remains at large.

Efforts to apprehend Scott are ongoing, with LaGrange Police actively seeking assistance from the public. "Authorities are urging anyone with information related to this incident to contact the LaGrange Police Department," stated a report by WSB-TV.
