A routine traffic stop in North Houston netted more than just a citation when deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office nabbed a wanted man behind the wheel on February 9. Nicholas Duhon was driving in the 10000 block of W Sam Houston Pkwy N when he was pulled over, officials said.
During the stop, deputies conducted a standard check only to discover that Duhon was wanted on an open misdemeanor warrant. The charge: Failure to Stop and Give Information.
