Valley foodies, get your taste buds ready—Phoenix's very own Fry Bread House is about to put Arizona on the culinary map once again in an upcoming episode of the Food Network's hit show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives." Host Guy Fieri is once again diving fork-first into the local fare, spotlighting the restaurant that's been dishing out traditional Native American fry bread and hearty stews since 1992. The much-anticipated feature, which is titled “Flavor World,” will air 10 p.m. Arizona time on Friday, Feb. 16, as reported by 12 News.

Owned by Cecelia Miller, a Tohono Oʼodham woman, the Fry Bread House started in a small strip mall before making the move to its current 7th Avenue location. Recognized as a 2012 James Beard Foundation Awards America’s Classics award honoree, the restaurant has become a staple for traditional Southwest cuisine showing off dishes such as red chili beef and hand-stretched flour tortillas. After winning the prestigious award, "No trip to Phoenix is complete without a visit to the Fry Bread House, a trim-paneled room on a modest, sun-baked residential street," according to the foundation's accolade.

But Fry Bread House is not the only Valley establishment getting the Triple-D treatment; Scottsdale's Hush Public House will debut its culinary chops on Fieri's show a week later on Friday, Feb. 23. The episode dubbed "Bird, Belly and Beef" will be a gastronomic exploration, and details revolving around the featured eats are served hot by ABC15. Located at 14202 N. Scottsdale Rd., Hush Public House is all set to raise the bars of flavor and satiate the dynamic palates of its guests.

Not forgetting, the man behind the food quests, Guy Fieri, has his own stakes in the Valley's food scene. Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar, located outside Chase Field, delivers "scratch-made food, signature and classic cocktails, and an extensive beer and wine menu." Open from Tuesday to Sunday, exclamations of flavor can be heard up until 10 p.m., and it’s one of many of Fieri’s flagships offering a side of culinary excitement for those chasing flavors in downtown Phoenix.
