In a routine crackdown on reckless driving, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office made an arrest during a traffic stop on the Katy Freeway. The driver, Jesenia Garcia, showed clear symptoms of being under the influence when deputies pulled her over in the 15000 block, this past February 11. Upon further examination, a history of two prior convictions for Driving While Intoxicated came to light.
A Standardized Field Sobriety Test confirmed the deputies' suspicions, that Garcia was inebriated as she manned the wheel.
