According to an announcement on the official City of Saint Paul website, an ideal candidate would also have to show a penchant for "diversifying and expanding programming" and "a plan for operational transparency and community accountability, with robust communication."
The new management partner for Frogtown Park and Farm will be in charge of community engagement, staffing, scheduling the daily grind, and ensuring that gates are locked tight at night. They'll also be the face of the farm, ushering in groups and classes, and essentially being the welcoming committee personified. Individuals, teams, and hybrid outfits are all encouraged to throw their hats in the ring.
