Law enforcement in San Bernardino County reported a win against local crime this week, swiftly apprehending a second suspect in connection with a burglary that took place in the quiet community of Grand Terrace last December. The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Solomon Johnson, of San Bernardino, was nabbed on an active arrest warrant for burglary and is being held on $100,000 bail, as per SBSD - Central.
The residential break-in, which unfolded on December 6, 2023, originally saw only one suspect, Johnyelle Washington, being taken into custody at the time of the crime with three others at large; the Central Sheriff Station deputies have since been on the trail of the remaining suspects. The arrest came as a result of continued investigation led by the Central Station Detective Bureau, which pointed to Johnson's involvement in the incident, and on January 30, a MET team landed the crucial arrest; Johnson now awaits his fate behind the walls of the Central Detention Center, according to the SBSD - Central.
