Road rage quickly transformed into a violent clash this past Monday, when a motor vehicle accident spiraled out of control in northern Harris County. Authorities reported that Erma Washington, identified as the suspect, allegedly lost her temper and turned physically aggressive towards the other individuals involved in the crash.
The incident occurred on the 19600 block of the Tomball Parkway. Constable Mark Herman's deputies were dispatched to the scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding the affair. According to a statement issued by Precinct 4, upon their arrival, deputies discovered that Washington supposedly began to aggressively lash out and physically assault both the driver and passenger of the other vehicle involved.
"Erma Washington was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 16." Constable Herman declared in a brief to the media. This statement from the Constable's Facebook page didn't elaborate further on the conditions of the arrest or the status of the alleged victims post-assault.
