Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office apprehended a man accused of shoplifting from a Home Depot on Tomball Parkway, law enforcement officials said. The incident, which unfolded on February 5, saw the suspect, identified as Chadwick Ferguson, allegedly conceal merchandise worth over $481 and leave the store without paying.
According to the Constable's Office post on Facebook, once law enforcement arrived at the retailer, they located Ferguson, who reportedly has a history of theft convicts. Items taken from the store were recovered and subsequently returned.
In a statement released by the Constable's Department, it was announced that, "Chadwick Ferguson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Felony Theft. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 338th District Court." This marks yet another chapter in Ferguson's string of legal challenges tied to alleged theft-related offenses.
