The incident occurred in the broad daylight of an 8:19 a.m. morning on the 1500 block of W. 111th St., situated within the jurisdiction of the 22nd District.
The arrest report also indicates that the offender was found in possession of a stolen vehicle that had been reported previously. The juvenile was swiftly placed into custody and charged accordingly.
