
Adams Police pulled over a man on Howland Avenue for driving with a suspended license and got more than they bargained for when they discovered a stash of drugs and cash, local authorities reported.
The traffic stop, which occurred early Friday morning, revealed approximately 52 grams of suspected crack cocaine along with over $1,000 in the suspect's possession, according to a Facebook post by the Adams Police Department.
The street value of the seized narcotics is believed to be upwards of $5,000, the suspect was promptly arrested and is facing charges in Northern Berkshire District Court, while officials haven't released the identity of the individual yet.
