The potential for inclement weather rolls in on Thursday, with showers possibly punctuating the midday and a chance of thunderstorms rumbling in after 3 PM. "A chance of showers between noon and 3 pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3 pm," the forecast details, faced with cloudy conditions and a brisk south southeast wind that may come with its own gusts, climbing as high as 20 mph.
