In a recent bulletin, the city has reminded everyone to get their carts out to the curb no later than 6:30 in the morning. Collectors will be making the rounds until the evening's end at 6:00, ensuring every recyclable is scooped up and destined for a second life.
The city insists on adherence to a few key rules for collection day: Carts should be three feet away from obstructions, positioned in driveways or on the boulevard, and handles facing away from the street.
