Open to any with a stake in the city's growth, Carrollton invites folks to chime in at two interactive sessions. They're set for April 3 at the Josey Ranch Lake Library and April 13 at the Hebron and Josey Library, noted the City of Carrollton, Texas. Participants can pitch in between 6-8 p.m. on the April evening, and they've got a morning slot from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. to choose from on the Saturday session.
