Noted, while serving at Tulsa, was Jackson's leading role in 2023 that bagged the Economic Development Organization of the Year Gold Award, a prestigious accolade from the International Economic Development Council, according to a recent announcement.

"Following a thorough and competitive interview process, we are excited to bring Arthur back to Texas and to Cedar Park where his proven skills and experience will help us achieve ambitious goals outlined the City’s strategic plans," Brenda Eivens, City Manager, conveyed her optimism. She also looks forward to introducing Jackson to the community, as described in the official statement.
