Torres, also known by the nicknames Angel, Kast, and Cast, was last in contact on March 2, 2022. With a distinct tattoo of a cross with angel wings on the front of his neck, Torres is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. As for his skin tone, it is reported as light, identifying as White Hispanic.
Officials have provided no details about what Torres might have been wearing when he went missing, but they did share that he is known to frequent the area around the 2000 block of West 35th Street in Chicago. The Chicago Police Department's Area One Detectives-Special Victims Unit is leading the search, urging anyone, with information on Torres's whereabouts to come forward and help bring closure to this case.
In their public bulletin, visible on the Chicago Police Department's website, law enforcement officials have encouraged the public to contact them or dial 911 with any relevant information.
