
The Chicago Police Department has issued a public plea for assistance in the search for 30-year-old Luis Fernando Vanbuena Rodriguez, reported missing on March 10th. According to the police report, Luis was last seen near the 3800 block of N. Bernard Street, and concerns are growing as he appears to have left behind his wallet, cell phone, and vehicle.
Standing 6-foot tall and weighing around 180 pounds, Rodriguez, distinguished by a scar over his left eyebrow, has brown eyes, and black hair. He may have been wearing all black, including a hoodie, sweatpants, and slippers, the day that he vanished.
"Please provide any information to [email protected]," Det. Brock Merck, a representative of the Area 5 Special Victims Unit, implores. Residents can also place a call to 312 746-6554, with hopes that the collective eye may spot what the singular might overlook.
