The Cobb County Police Department responded to a call on Thursday evening, where they found 43-year-old Curtis Coleman from Powder Springs dead from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle, as confirmed by authorities.
Despite arriving swiftly to the 2200 block of Powers Ferry Road where Coleman's body lay seated in his vehicle police are still piecing together the events that culminated in his untimely death. Fox5 Atlanta reported that the investigation has officially been ruled as a homicide, but many critical details, including the motive or the identity of the perpetrator, are still shrouded in mystery.
The Cobb County officials have yet to release any substantial leads on the case or describe any potential suspects.
