The first attack occurred on Tuesday, while exactly an hour prior, a similar assault took place nearby, according to officials. The Duluth Police Department, urgently seeking to apprehend the individual responsible, has released security footage in their effort to solicit assistance from the public. The video reveals disturbing images of the suspect chasing and brutally assaulting his targets, leaving victims with severe injuries, Atlanta News First reports.
