The FBI is on the hunt for a suspect following a bank robbery in Fort Lauderdale, as per images released by the agency yesterday. The robbery went down earlier the same day at a Wells Fargo branch, located at both 5991 Ravenswood Rd, as noted by Local 10, and 3300 North Federal Highway, as WSVN reports.
According to authorities, the robbery occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m. and involved the male suspect demanding money from a bank teller during the heist no one was injured, and while the amount of money stolen has not been disclosed officials are urging anyone with information to come forward.
The identity of the robber remains unknown as officials delve into the investigation, combing through evidence and witness statements to piece together the details of yesterday morning crime. The photos shared by the FBI show a person of interest, and they are now asking for the public's assistance in capturing the suspect.
