Harris County law enforcement officials nabbed a man wanted on multiple misdemeanor warrants, including a serious charge for human trafficking. Orlando Loredo, the individual at the center of the arrest, was detained following a response to a disruption reported in the 14300 block of Ella Blvd., as per the announcement made by the local constable's office.
The encounter that led to Loredo's capture occurred on March 17th, when deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrived at the scene of the disturbance. In the course of their investigation, they were able to identify Loredo as the person involved in the incident. Misdemeanor warrants were outstanding against him in Harris County, as well as a major out-of-county warrant from Live Oak County Sheriff's Department for human trafficking, according to a statement released by the Precinct 4 Constable's Office.
The multiple offenses on Loredo's record contributed to his apprehension and subsequent booking into the Harris County Jail. As Constable Mark Herman succinctly put it, “Orlando Loredo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants."
Further details of the case are yet to unfold as the authorities press on with their investigations.
