It was just another day on patrol for deputies of Constable Mark Herman's Office until things took a lewd turn in a business parking lot. According to a post on the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office Facebook page, officers encountered an unsavory scene on the 4600 block of FM 1960 on March 8th when a man was caught in the act of exposing himself.
The suspect, identified as Patrick Sandifer, reportedly gave onlookers an unwanted show. Previous brushes with the law painted a familiar picture of Sandifer, revealing him as a convicted felon. The constable deputies detained a male on the scene, who was later confirmed to be Sandifer.
"Patrick Sandifer was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Indecent Exposure. His bond was set at " Constable Mark Herman stated. The details of his bond have not been made public.
