
Houston authorities are probing the mysterious death of a man whose body was found at a local motel as they await vital clues from an upcoming autopsy. The unidentified man was discovered unresponsive at around 3:55 a.m. yesterday at 2424 West Sam Houston Parkway South, according to City of Houston News.
Officers responded to a distress signal from paramedics who were trying to revive the man in the parking lot of the motel, the cause of his critical condition remains a mystery and now doctors at a nearby hospital have pronounced him dead Houston’s homicide detectives, Sergeant M. Wilson and Detective B. Stephens, are on the case and suggested the man might have been the victim of an assault.
The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences is responsible for identifying the man and determining what led to his untimely demise, this could provide a significant breakthrough in a case that has more questions than answers so far. In the interim, Houston PD’s Homicide Division is keen on gathering information that could shed light on the events leading to the individual’s death.
