In the early hours of March 15, sheriff's deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to reports of a major vehicular accident in the 4100 block of FM 1960 Road East. The collision, which occurred at approximately 1:38 am, led to the apprehension of Scott Campbell, who was identified as the driver at fault and appeared to be under the influence. Field sobriety tests confirmed the suspicions of intoxication.
Officials informed that Campbell, after being tested, exhibited multiple signs of inebriation. The subsequent legal protocols resulted in the discovery of three outstanding misdemeanor warrants against him.
Constable Mark Herman confirmed, "Scott Campbell was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 11."
