A grisly stabbing on the West Side has left a man in critical condition after he sustained multiple stab wounds in what appeared to be a fierce altercation. According to FOX San Antonio, the attack occurred around 11 a.m. this past Friday, in the vicinity of South Zarzamora Street and Brady Boulevard, where the police found the victim severely injured.
First responders acted swiftly upon arrival rushing the man to the hospital with wounds that were deemed life-threatening and reports say that another person involved in the incident is currently in custody and taken in for questioning as investigators are working the scene to piece together what sparked the violence, no motives for the stabbing have currently been disclosed.
The authorities have yet to release the identities of those involved.
At this time neither the condition of the victim nor the identity of the suspect has been made public details remain scant and the investigation is ongoing, local residents are urged to come forward with any information.
