
A 60-year-old man was found dead on the southeast side of San Antonio last night in what appears to be a shooting, according to local authorities. San Antonio Police responded to the scene at 4023 E Southcross Blvd just before 11 p.m. following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered the man with a fatal gunshot wound, as per a report by KENS 5. The victim, whose identity has yet to be released, was declared dead at the scene.
Witnesses on the site reported not seeing the actual shooting. Officials have not yet released additional information regarding suspect identification or a possible motive behind the incident. The area was cordoned off as an active investigation began.
