
A routine day at a West Side laundromat descended into chaos when an argument turned violent, leaving one man with a stab wound. The incident unfolded at J.R's Laundry Wash & Fold and sent the victim to the hospital in stable condition, police said.
The dispute reached a boiling point around 4 p.m. in the parking lot of the laundromat, located at 1015 N Sabinas St. The victim, who has not been identified, was reportedly stabbed on the lower left side during the altercation. After the assailant made a getaway, the injured man called the authorities from his home, Fox San Antonio reported.
San Antonio Police stated that the victim was transported to University Hospital where he is currently reported to be in stable condition. As of now, the suspect remains at large, and the motive behind the stabbing is still under investigation.
