Mesquite Police Officer Patrick King was dubbed the 2024 Police Officer of the Year, an honor he's remarkably familiar with—this being his second time around.
King's service record is nothing short of impressive, having been a part of the Mesquite Police Department since 2017 and serving as a deployment officer in the force.
