Basketball fans in San Antonio can now navigate the Frost Bank Center with the same confidence as a seasoned point guard threading a pass to the open man. The Spurs have unveiled their new Spurs Arena Navigator, a digital assistant that promises to be a slam dunk for finding everything from your seat to the snack bar.
According to FOX San Antonio, the tool is integrated into the team's mobile app and website, offering, GPS-style directions that help fans locate seats, concessions, restrooms, among other amenities. The multilevel feature of the map ensures guests won't get lost, whether they're heading upstairs for merchandise or angling towards court-side spots.
Following your nose for nachos or in dire need to drain the tank has never been easier at the Frost Bank Center. A QR code at the entrance puts the arena's layout right in the palm of your hand, according to information from Express News.
"The Spurs Arena Navigator tool was born from a deep understanding of our fan’s needs and that includes making it easy for them to find what they need in the arena, whether that may be a fun new restaurant or the restrooms," Jordan Kolosey, VP Business Strategy Innovation, and Data Operations at Spurs Sports and Entertainment, told FOX San Antonio. With positive feedback from a barrage of 5,000 users, it seems the Frost Bank Center is setting a standard for in-arena fan experience.
