O.H.S.O. Brewery Debuts New Venue, Invigorating Phoenix's Historic Sunnyslope AreaSource: Instagram/ohsobrewery

After a notable period of revamping an aged architectural gem, O.H.S.O., a popular brewery, has unlocked the doors to its latest outpost in the Sunnyslope community, breathing new life into a 100-year-old edifice that once housed Spoke and Wheel. The establishment, flanked by the scenic Arizona Canal Trail bike path, boasts a brewery and its Little O's Market along Central Avenue, just south of Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix.

"O.H.S.O. is very excited to be a part of the Sunnyslope neighborhood and to bring back life to this (old) building," general manager Vinny Francini said, in an interview with 12News. This move adds another location to O.H.S.O.'s growing roster, now tallying seven with a distillery, and two additional venues bracing for launch, including the fresh Sunnyslope spot.

Lauded for its expansive reach within the state, O.H.S.O.'s story began with modest ambitions. The brewery's original intent was to carve out a space where beer enthusiasts could blend their creations side-by-side with experienced brewers. According to the brewery's website, every location is infused with personalized quirks reflective of its surroundings, yet maintains the essence of O.H.S.O.—a locale infused with joviality and unexpected delights.

Catering to the early birds, Little O's Market within the Sunnyslope branch presents patrons with a selection of breakfast staples, donuts, and coffee. As day transitions to night, the market converts into a takeout hub for quick bites, gifts, and a selection of beer or wine. The brewery portion, meanwhile, serves up brunch, lunch, and dinner, promising the full O.H.S.O. experience from dawn till dusk. With such a strategic location and an enticing array of offerings, O.H.S.O.'s newest venue is primed to become a cultural staple in the budding Sunnyslope district. Its doors are now open, inviting both locals and visitors to relish in the fusion of historic charm and contemporary craft beer culture.
