A tragic accident in Derry, New Hampshire, claimed the life of a person after a collision involving a car and an oil truck yesterday afternoon. The crash occurred at the busy intersection of Route 28 and Lawrence Road. Police responded to the scene just before 3 p.m., where they discovered a 2000 Honda Accord with substantial damage, according to Patch.
The driver of the Honda, whose identity is being closely held pending family notification, suffered serious injuries and was rushed to Parkland Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Just before the crash, a 2021 Freightliner propane truck, having on South Range Road was also found by first officers – its driver sustained injuries and was likewise taken to the hospital.
