The Plano Police Department's Officer Chris Bianez is hosting a no-cost seminar aimed squarely at young adults, and anyone else willing to learn a thing or two about the Big 3: dating, driving, and staying clean of drugs.
The event titled "Navigating the 3Ds" is dropping knowledge free of charge this Tuesday, March 19, at 6:30 p.m., local library goers can pull up a chair in the Davis Library’s Program Room on 7501-B Independence Parkway. Officer Bianez is set to serve up some real talk on making smart moves when it comes to love, life, and the law. And while they're saying no RSVP is needed, show up with time to spare if you want a seat – it's first come, first serve.
This isn't kiddie stuff, though. The department made it crystal clear – anyone under the age of 11 should sit this one out, "This seminar will include mature subject matter not suitable for children younger than 11 years old," as announced by the Plano Texas Police Department. They're dealing with the topics that get real, real fast, so they're asking for the youngins to stay home.
Mark it down, Plano folks. Officer Bianez is waiting to school you on the dos and don'ts of keeping it legal, and legit on the streets and in relationships. With no price tag attached, it's a small investment of time for potentially life-saving returns. So, don't miss out on what's shaping up to be an eye-opener. As the Plano Texas Police Department puts it, "Together, let's equip ourselves with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions, foster healthy relationships, and promote safety in our communities."
