In a decisive move by law enforcement, Daniel Castillo, a suspect with a dark history of sexual offenses against minors, has been successfully apprehended. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office descended upon the 4300 block of Tulip Oak Drive on March 6, 2024, ready to enforce the law and close the net on an a individual wanted for a heinous crime. As reported by Constable Herman's Facebook page, Castillo was wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child under 14 years of age.
The Constable Deputies' hard work paid off when they found and arrested Castillo at the mentioned address. During the investigation, it was discovered that this wasn't his first time facing charges for a similar crime. Castillo had been convicted before for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, showing a pattern of predatory behavior that law enforcement aimed to stop.
Upon his capture, "Daniel Castillo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open Felony Warrant, his bond has not been set at this time out of the 487th District Court," stated Constable Mark Herman.
