A 14-year-old boy was shot in the arm during a drive-by incident in West Garfield Park Sunday evening, authorities said.
The unnamed teenager was on the 4000 block of West Wilcox Street around 7:44 p.m. when a vehicle approached, a gunman inside opened fire, which led to the teen being wounded, he then found his way to Stroger Hospital, reported The Sun-Times, and is currently in fair condition, according to Chicago Police Department.
As of now, no one has been arrested for the shooting, CPD confirmed, and the investigation is ongoing.
