According to a report by What Now Los Angeles, business partners Kathy Panchenko, Diana Brigitt, and Liliya Bezinover are the trio behind this wine-driven endeavor.

Guests can look forward to an impressive selection of wines by the glass at We Vino, with the novelty of tasting wines by the ounce—an element sure to gratify the curious and discerning oenophiles. There's more on the menu than just grapes; Executive Chef Edward Brik's culinary repertoire is a carefully orchestrated concerto of small plates, designed to complement each varietal's unique profile. Caviar pasta and truffle salmon carpaccio are just a teaser of the gustatory delights in store, as teased by the proprietors. Panchenko remarked in an email acquired by What Now Los Angeles, "We look forward to being a place for the locals, as well as a destination restaurant."

The opulent taste showcased in We Vino isn't restricted to the public areas of the wine bar either. A private room, accommodating around 60 guests, is part of the blueprint. Panchenko revealed their vision for this space: it will cater to private events, from curated chef's tasting menus to customizable feasts for a variety of social gatherings that aim to stitch together the fabric of the community.

Panchenko, alongside Brigitt, isn't new to the art of crafting dining experiences that resonate with patrons. The duo already has Carvery Kitchen in their portfolio, a deli nestled in Pico Robertson that prides itself on scratch-made meals using only the freshest ingredients. It appears that We Vino might be set to replicate the charm and quality that has become a hallmark of their existing culinary venture.

For a town that appreciates the finer things amid the laid-back luxury of their Southern California enclave, We Vino promises to be an establishment that can cater to a casual lunch as much as it can serve as a backdrop for a pivotal business meeting or a romantic date. “The idea behind the concept is an elevated wine and food experience – somewhere you can go for an upscale, casual lunch with your girlfriends, a lunch business meeting, or date night,” Panchenko explained, confirming that We Vino aims to be more than just another eatery—it's poised to be an experience.
